Suunto app
Suunto app automatically adjusts the time zone according to your location*.
Make sure you have the latest Suunto app and watch software version. Also, in the watch:
Go to Settings > General > Time/date and check if the Auto-time update option is on. It should automatically be once you have paired your device to Suunto App.
