How do I change languages in Suunto Ambit2 and Ambit3?

To change the language setting in your watch:

Keep [NEXT] pressed to enter the options menu
Press [NEXT] to enter General.
Press [START] or [LIGHT] to scroll and then press [NEXT] to enter Formats.
Press [START] or [LIGHT] to scroll and then press [NEXT] to enter Language.
Press [START] or [LIGHT] to scroll to the desired language and press [NEXT] to select.

Press [BACK LAP] to return to the previous menu or keep [NEXT] pressed to exit.
